We take every effort to ensure the stone arrives undamaged. However, as a natural product, a small amount of transit damage or chipping can occasionally occur.
As per our Terms & Conditions, the first 5% of transit damage is not covered. Damage above 5% and up to 20% is refunded on a pro-rata basis (on validated quantities). Replacements are only provided if overall damage exceeds 20%.
Minor chips can often be used on cuts or perimeter rows to achieve a good finish. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
