What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes. Some areas may have an additional haulage charge, which you can check on the product page by entering your postcode.
Which areas incur extra delivery charges?
There is an extra charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, and Guernsey addresses. Additionally, some postcode areas which are remote or in the interior may have additional haula
What about deliveries to less accessible areas?
For some locations, delivery may take up to 2 additional working days depending on access and distance from our distribution routes. If your postcode is outside our delivery coverage, the system will notify you at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship exclusively within the UK. However, we can arrange international shipping, but it is subject to internal review and approval. International shipping is typically considered for large or bulk orders.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse instead of having it delivered?
Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse. Collection simply needs to be arranged in advance with at least 24 hours’ notice. Once your payment is completed and your order number has been generated, our Operations Team will notify the warehou
Do you provide any discount on collection?
Yes, you get £30 per pallet discount when you collect your order from our warehouse.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses in one order?
We do not deliver items to multiple addresses. You have to place separate orders if you want the products delivered to different addresses.
