How long does delivery take?

When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. We also deliver on Saturdays with an extra fee of £80.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes, you can choose the preferred delivery date at the cart page.
Can I choose morning or afternoon delivery?
Yes. For an additional fee of £15, you can select a timed delivery slot at checkout. These options will appear during checkout, where available.
How do I get an ETA (estimated time of arrival)?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery progress. If you will not be present at the time of delivery but would still like us to proceed, you may provide safe-place instructions at che
Can I delay my delivery date?
We offer a free delayed delivery option for up to 4 weeks to suit individual project needs. If the delay extends beyond 4 weeks, a nominal charge of £5 per pallet per week will apply to cover additional storage and handling costs.
Can I bring my delivery date forward?
Please let us know the preferred delivered date, and we'll check the earliest available delivery dates. We'll do our best to accommodate earlier delivery.
Can I split my delivery across multiple days?
Yes, you can split your delivery across different days. Notice is required when placing the order; otherwise, everything will be dispatched at once. Please note that full packs cannot be split - only complete packs can be delivered on different dates
