Can I add more products to my existing order?
If you want to add more products to your existing order, please share with us the style, colour, dimension, area or number of crate before your order is shipped. If the order has been shipped, you'll need to place a new order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us before it is shipped. Once it is shipped, delivery/collection/administration fees may apply.
Can I change my delivery date/address after ordering?
Yes, you can contact our team before your order is shipped with your order number and new delivery address/date.
