How do I track my order or check its status?
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to you by email so you can follow the delivery.
Can I contact the delivery driver directly?
No, you cannot contact the driver directly. On the day of delivery, you will usually receive an ETA, which is a two-hour delivery window during which your order is expected to arrive. Drivers also normally call around one hour before reaching your ad
