What are the delivery preparedness requirements to ensure a safe and smooth delivery?Updated 2 months ago
- Delivery surface must be flat, solid, and level (e.g., tarmac, concrete, block paving).
- We cannot deliver onto grass, gravel, slopes, bumpy or soft ground.
- If access to your property involves a steep slope, delivery will not be possible.
- Access must allow safe entry for a Heavy Goods Vehicle (road at least 3m wide, obstacle-free, with space to turn).
- Someone must be present to receive and sign (unless agreed otherwise).
- Goods must be inspected on arrival, with any issues reported immediately.
