How do you deliver?

What if I don't have a suitable surface for delivery?

If our lorry cannot reach you, you'll need to arrange moving the items yourself from the nearest accessible location. Alternatively, you can suggest an alternate address to deliver to with prior notice before the order is out for delivery.

Can I add delivery instructions to my order?

At the cart page, we offer an "Additional Comments" section to specify instructions. We'll add your delivery instructions to the order notes for the driver.

What happens if the lorry can't access my road?

If an 18–22-tonne lorry cannot reach your address due to narrow roads, parked vehicles, weight-restricted zones, or similar access limitations, the delivery depot will not be able to complete the delivery. In such cases, we will check whether deliver

Can you deliver on a smaller vehicle if my road has weight/width restrictions?

Yes, tell us before your order is dispatched. If feasible, we'll request a smaller vehicle (e.g., 7.5–12 ton). Availability and any surcharge depend on your local depot and access constraints.

Do you offer HIAB delivery?

We don't arrange delivery on HIAB. We only arrange delivery with tail lift. HIAB delivery can be arranged with prior discussion before the product is out for delivery at the customer's cost. We would need to get a quote from the depot beforehand.

What if no one is home when the delivery arrives?
