If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return. As this is a heavy transportation product, a return fee of £100 per pallet will apply, in line with the standard return policy.

This also applies in cases where the customer refuses delivery on the scheduled delivery day, or declines redelivery after a failed delivery attempt and subsequently cancels the order.
