Whilst we always make every effort to deliver your products on the agreed delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by matters beyond our control. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive on the scheduled day, we will normally be able to deliver it on the next working day. We will also always try to inform you proactively if we become aware of any delay.
